THE TRACK STAR IS A PROFESSIONALLY-TRAINED AMERICAN DJ, MC, & TURNTABLIST LIVING IN CANCUN, MEXICO.
Some of The Track Star's career highlights include DJing at Lamborghini's west coast launch of their first SUV, DJing for Cinépolis at the premier of “Ocean's 8,” being the marquis artist in the dancehall for one of the world's largest music festivals (Stagecoach), meeting DJ Jazzy Jeff after watching him perform live, performing at the NAMM show (this is like Comic Con for musicians!), doing a set on the trade show floor of the Mobile Beat Las Vegas DJ conference, donating thousands of dollars worth of DJ service to her daughter's school, being broadcast live throughout the entire SLS casino & hotel in Las Vegas, and DJing on the beach in Cabo San Lucas for New Year's Eve.
The Track Star studied with some of the premier DJing & MCing teachers in southern California like DJ Hapa from Jam Master Jay's Scratch Academy, DJ Shortee, one of the top female turntablists in the world, according to Rolling Stone, and Mark Ferrell (the Marbecca Method MCing workshops). Back in the US, The Track Star worked with talent agencies like Scratch Events, Acoustic Spot, & the Purim Agency.
This Cancun DJ's signature sound can be described as blissful, bumping, & bursting with diva jams (perfect for your poolside brunch or beach bum-y night life). Her main genre of music is House (Future House, Tech House, Deep House, Bass House, Tropical House), but she can comfortably lay down an open format set with English or Spanish music (yep, anything from classic country to banda).
